Audiovox SMT 5600 Review

HowardChui.com reviews the new Audiovox SMT 5600 Smartphone which is also sold under the Orange SPV C500 name.

“I admit I was extremely skeptical of the SPV C500 given my poor experiences with past SPV devices. However I’m happy to say that I was blown away by how good the C500 is. It is extremely small, yet has a display that is bigger than the Motorola MPx220’s, has good RF performance and sound quality. Did I mention the SPV C500 is so small you wouldn’t know it’s a smart phone if you didn’t turn the display on? If you spend a lot of time in North America, you should take a look at the Audiovox SMT 5600 which is virtually identical with the exception of GSM 850 support. I’m also a little disappointed with the ridiculous navigation pad, lack of a megapixel camera, internal memory card slot and no EDGE support. However the C500 is just so amazing I can live without those features for now.”
