This phone is actually a nice phone. It has everything you need. The only problem is a couple months go by and the battery doesn’t last as long. I used to charge it once every other day before it dies, now it won’t even last a whole day. I constantly have to call my cell phone provider to fix my software because it will freeze like a computer or it will delete messages without permission and i have an extra memory card? You have to constantly update your software…too much to worry about for a phone? When will I find a phone that doesn’t have problems? =(

One of the best Smartphone’s I have seen. It does exactly what I want…email, text, phone calls, sync with outlook…AND I can use it from 6 AM to 8 PM for a full 3 days before my battery is at 50%. So I charge it twice a week. It’s light and feels good in the hand. The keyboard has the right feel and is just big enough.
