Summary

Winner of a 1999 Neocon Gold Award for task/workstation seating, the Caper Chair by Herman Miller delivers a high level of performance at an affordable price. Designed by Jeff Weber, and Bill Stumpf of Aeron Chair repute, the Caper Chair incorporates "standard materials in novel ways" to create a comfortable, mobile, multi-purpose stacking chair. Using a 100% recyclable molded polypropylene seat and back, the Caper Chair promotes ergonomic support and durability while easily flexing and bending as tasks require. The seat and back are perforated with holes to help maintain the sitter’s body temperature, distribute body weight evenly and promote a lightweight form of 11 lbs. Hard wheel casters provide a simple swivel, while protective bumpers protect seats when stacked. Environmentally friendly materials, price and versatility make this chair truly an example of ‘design within reach’. Stacks 6 high.
