I purchased the camera at Office Max $107 + tax and was very excited to try it out. I was very disappointed with both the indoor and out door photos — very grainy and the colors were very bland. I like the size and weight of the unit but without good photos this camera is not worth you trouble.

Sad, but I will go for the canon just because of that. I hate it when these companies don’t use STANDARDS, what else are they there for???

    I liked the H.264 feature…

    Casio, stick to calculators!

Picked one of these cameras up at Wal-Mart yesterday. Returned it today. Like this reviewer wrote, unless the lighting is perfect, this camera’s photos are plagued with an unacceptable level of noise. And the auto white balance seldom gets the colors right. We’ve been using a Kodak V530 for our ultra-compact camera, and will continue to do so even though it’s kind of slow and clunky. Pictures from the Kodak simply blow away those from this Casio.

I have a Canon as my primary camera and this as my secondary. I really don’t use the YouTube feature as I don’t upload photo’s. Overall the quality of my pictures arent bad and the camera is easy to use.
