I was promised an updated map would be out shortly when I purchased this unit. After calling them I was told they were not going to be updating the map, and I might as well toss this unit and get another brand if I needed something that would give me updates. Customer service rep was a jerk and didn’t care about what I had to say.

No Support!

The unit would be great if no roads changed or were built after the pre-loaded maps were installed.
Delphi offers less than no support, and the “tech support” guy wasted no time in treating me like a second class citizen, and basically told me that I had just bought a talking paper-weight.
I wouldn’t buy ANYTHING from these monkys, again!

not for Canada

Works decently but doesn’t understand “NO UTURNS”. Can’t set the time zone and heaven forbid you try to use it in Canada. Outdated Canadian maps, no accessories available in Canada. Heck you can’t even register for updates with a Canadian address.

Works in city but freeway?

I bought this hoping it would be better than my old Garmin, and it is in some aspects. In the city it worked great and I was really happy, but on the freeways it wasn’t that great, and had trouble finding pre-set locations. Once I played with it for a while it got better though and the system seems to be working out fine.
