Bought it yesterday, it is exactly what I was hoping for. Works great, relieves stress on wrists and shoulder.

Poor Construction / Poor Support
By: Scott

I totally agree with the other two posts. I have a gyration mouse and I dropped it when I fell asleep on the couch. It fell maybe 6 inches to the floor and the mouse clickers became inoperative. I called the support line and they said “there are no known issues with a design weakness, it is your own fault, buy a new mouse at full price”.

gyration media center remote
By: Allan Lamp

The media center remote has critical parts such as the battery cover that are fragile and poorly fabricated. Gyration will not sell or provide parts separately and when parts break Gyration’s response is “you will have to buy another unit”.

Extremely bad support

Keys are fragile. The little plastic hooks break easily. The company has no replacement parts and says “too bad, buy another keyboard”.

Gyration Dropped Keys
By: John
September 12, 2004 @ 8:13 PM36ppm9>
The Gyration mouse is a must have device. I have used it for presentations for over 3 years without any trouble at all. However, I have replaced the Gyration keyboard twice because of dropped keys. For no reason at all the J, or the N or any combination of numbers will stop working. This makes the keyboard not suitable for instant presentations where typed messages are necessary. No fix for this problem.

interference
By: Brandon

I had the version with the gyration mouse (not media remote). The keyboard used the same receiver, and had HORRIBLE interference. Bad enough that I took it back and got dinged for the restocking fee. Dropped just about every other letter. Replaced it with a Logitech BT keyboard/mouse, and haven’t regretted it since.
