We’ve had our TV Hitachi 50VS69A for about 1 1/2 years. Lamp ballast and power supply is bad, roughly $500 in parts and labor. Customer service is the worse and not helpful at all.

We’ve had our TV for about 3 years. We expected to replace the pricey lamp, but now the light engine is shot and it would be roughly $700 in parts and another $325 in labor to fix it. Customer service not helpful at all.

Was very happy with choice at first but after light engine problems picture very poor. Part backordered not available until warranty expires.Great!
