Terrible Customer Service

I have a SF-1 that I was happy with until the amp died on me after 3 years. One of the reasons you buy from a smaller company is b/c they are there to help you if something goes wrong. But in this case, the customer service rep was cold, unsympathetic and anything but helpful…and for that I will NEVER purchase another product from this company.
