1. Poor quality

   If you need a monitor to view or edit photos, this is not the monitor for you.

   I am not impressed with the picture quality and I am looking for a new monitor to replace this one after only having it for a little over a year.

   The main issue might be due to to the technology of TN LCD monitors, none of which can correctly display 24 bit true color.

2. Excellent

   Good price. Very impressed with the colour after some tweaking.

   No dead pixels.

   Three year dead pixel warranty (However check with your retailer, might not apply in your country).

   The base is very basic, but you get what you pay for. It doesn’t twist, however it does tilt.

3. Picture good but

   The picture is nice, crisp and excellent but I’m a software engineer. So Usually while developing I will decrease the contrast and brightness and while viewing film and playing game I will increase both thing since the controls are placed behind the monitor, I felt a bit hard to change it…If the controls were at the front panel.

4. LG L194WT 19" LCD

   I am not all that impressed. 10 out of 10? I think not! Slow response time, but good contrast ratio. 160 viewing is not that good, either. 170+ would have made it a better gamer, if someone were to watch over your shoulder. Dead pixels galore. Poor service for vendor. But let’s not forget that "cheap price". You get what you pay for….

5. Nice colors, good contrast but ...

   Bought it 1 week ago contrast is actually 500:1 colors are nice no dead pixels for me but there are some drawbacks: level of black not so impressive and illumination of the panel is not very uniform.

6. Clear 'n' Crisp

   I purchased the display for AU$280 and was immediately impressed with the image clarity. It has an awesome 2000:1 contrast ratio, better than I have yet seen in a 19″ Wide screen monitor. LG really are leading the way for price/performance for displays in this area.

   I have had just one problem, I keep getting ‘hot’ pixels. I tested 3 in the shop before opting for a refund, deciding to acquire it through another source. Does everyone get hot pixels and I’m just being fussy? I can’t give this monitor 10 out of 10 until I get a good one.

7. LG L194WT

   This screen was bought for 200 pounds from PC world and is cheaper on the net. when plugged into a digital connection the image is very clear and has crisp sharp colorful images, it was even more than what I was expecting. On the net it is around 150 but it is very impressive and wont let you down. Definitely worth buying this screen. Perfect for gaming and multimedia 10/10.
