Great features, horrible buttons

Had the remote in service for over a year, no problems at all with programming. Spoiled by the “activities” setup without having to program macros. Problem is 1/3 of the numeric keys have become non-functional – the entire right column (3/6/9) will not work regardless. I use the remote in a smoke free home and am very disappointed…but since I love the functionality I’m sort of stuck with another Logitech product I think.

Best Remote I've Owned

I have well over 25 components in my theater system, and this remote works beautifully.
Pros: Even when it missteps, the help button normally corrects the problem. So easy to use, my wife can do it!
Cons: Will not work with PS3 because console is Bluetooth enabled.

Well where to start hmmm let me see maybe the fact it couldn’t do anything right from the default setup installed of the web, like turn on my amp, do small volume changes, change the center speaker options and the activities it loaded were rubbish. The $10AU cheapie i have does a better job. Also the software isn’t any good so i hope for the dearer model you don’t get the same one.

It really is easy to set up. The display lights up when you pick it up.(Nice feature). It controls everything except for my Bose system. But I still like it.

I have had the Harmony 520 for nearly 2 weeks and although it has a more sllek design than some of the other Harmony Models, the buttons are too close together as well as too small. Also, the mere feel of the thin design would make many wonder how well this device will hold up over time. The Harmony 659, 670, 880 and others are by far a better choice
