  1. They work, but uncomfortable, and fragile

I used a set of these for over a year and a half, and they worked fine. I used them for line VOIP and classes. The sound quality is good, but my ears would hurt at the end of my session. Really painful. The mute button is easy to hit accidentally. I can’t tell you how many times I would be talking along and I was on mute. The other day, I plugged them into the computer, and it was dead. The USB driver didn’t even install. I won’t be getting another pair that’s for sure. I also have a set of Plantronics DSP-500 at my office, and they are much more comfortable and reliable.

I have usued this headset for one year. The LED indicating Mute off/on does not always illuminate any more. I dropped the headset resulting in the earpiece becoming separated from the head band. The ear piece is now held on with a twist tied.

Sound quality was OK, but looking for a replacement.

My SECOND pair just went out. I do not treat gear rough in any way, but the wiring on these is fragile and shorts out after only a few months use. Do NOT buy. For the money pleanty of other choices.
