I left it on standby when I went away for four days, came back to a burning electrical smell. I turned it off and now it won’t turn on. Tried to find Neodigits and they are nowhere to be seen. It was a good player untill it died.

My power supply failed 3/14/09. Two different capacitors melted all over the PS board. Neodigits has no tech support & no repair facilities. No one wants to touch it.
I really liked it until now…

No service support. No contact information functional. My H4000 has a failed power supply and is now useless. No spare parts, no telephone numbers, no support.

If you happen to have one of those older HD sets without a HDMI input than this player is your only option. There is no other dvd players that will upconvert when using component out. Much thanks HELIOS for standing up for the consumer

Worth it

If you have a lot of Xvid or DivX content, then this is basically the best player you can get. Sometimes it behaves quirky with a slow start-up speed, and the controls on the player itself sometimes don’t respond. But I still think you get a lot for your money.
