I’ve been using my N91 for almost 4 months now. I returned it to Nokiacare 2 wks ago due to faulty phone and hard drive memory. They upgraded the software and reformatted the drive. What I don’t understand is why they shipped the product with the crumby o/s. It was pretty shaky to use but after the update, the crashes have been down to a minimal. I like the music features (dedicated buttons, the 4 gig capacity, the speaker)… the feel and the looks are also topnotch. It’s just not that stable. Even the hard drive still has some bad sectors until now. Some files get corrupted so make sure you back up your files regularly.
