the eject-function can be taught to any button you like

My dvd player is under a bench behind my seating. I can physically reach back to remove the CD/DVD, but it is hard to reach under and find the ejct button in the dark.
Can a button be taught to do this fuction?

just a thought… but wouldn’t you have to get up anyways to physically remove the CD or DVD from the tray which ejected out of the player.. or do you have a slave/monkey/child to do that too?
