Great phone for real power users

This phone is a great piece of hardware. I read the comments above me, and yes this phone will crash. You will have this problems with basically any Smartphone or PDA. To try to limit that from happening, you shouldn’t have too many apps running at one time. The phone screen is beautiful. I also like the fact that it is a touch screen which makes it very easy to touch rather than using a scroll wheel. I’ll have to admit that this phone at times can be very complicated, but if you read the manual and talk to customer service, you’ll get use to it after a while. This phone takes great pictures and also good video recordings. I also like the fact that not only can you view documents, you can also edit them UNLIKE the Moto Q (but the Q is still a good phone). The battery life is not really good but the phone overall is wonderful. I’d reccomend it to anyone, who is serious about their business.

Unreliable

I was very disappointed with this phone. I had several issues with the phone not ringing after I changed to switch from ring to silent (for meetings), then back to ring. Verizon replaced the phone five times in six months and the same thing happened on each phone. I also experienced reception problems, dropped calls and freezing. After several "hard" resets (which deletes everything from the phone), I requested and received a full refund.

After I bought my treo 700w I soon found out it had some defects such as constent freeze up and crashing. The internet browser is extremly slow (since there is no broadband access in the city I live in so why advertise it?) and when I tried to send out pics to friends the pics would be too “large” (615kb). I’m very dissapointed with this device I would not recommended it to anyone.
