dead unit

can anyone help me? mine got broke the last time I was loading songs onto it. I accidentally pulled it off the port, now whenever Im opening it, it just blinks the orange light. How can I reformat it. Its good as dead, I can’t even use it as a thumb drive, It displays error in win xp when I plug it in the usb. Help techno geeks ot there!!!! thanks!!!! feel free to e mail me for any help…

what the hell is the warranty on this thing? ive barely had it a year and the head phones have shredded and the ‘neck-strap’ doesn’t work..

True about lacking of power indicator – that sucks. I am also a little afraid of breaking the controller, it looks very fragile. Otherwise great product, a piece of electronic jewlery.

This is not true, there are some controls in the neck strap as well…so no need to attach the inline remote control. In any case either you buy the model with the neckstrap (key 004&006) or the one with the inline remote control, (key 003 &005) but you cannot have both the neckstrap and the remote control.
