Garbage Customization

Up until I tried to customize the behold, I was enjoy my experience for the most part, with an exception to the web browsing. The behold won’t, at the very least, allow for individual text message ring tones. You only get one song, MP3 only, to play for everyone who texts you. Now I’ve had the most basic of phones and the ring tone or even just the sound assigned to a contact carried over when they sent you a text. With limited customization, this very fun phone just gave me a very disappointing turn off.

This phone is OKAY. I mean, I don’t use it a lot. Just for texting, Photography, calling of course, etc. But the battery SUCKS. I charged it ALL day and it only lasts for like 5 hours, AT THE MOST. 400 dollars?!?! Don’t waste your money. Get the LG or a BlackBerry.
I’m kind of disappointed with this phone ):

Just bought my phone not even a day first thing I notice is I can’t be logged in to several IM’s at a time, only one.For me that is a big NO. Surfing the web is too slow and gives errors if I am able to go in. I have always had Blackberries and I guess I will stay with Blackberry, faster, able to be online and have several messengers open and chat. There are more applications to download for it like news and weather for free. With the Behold it is only giving me one application and I have to pay for it when I don’t even know how it works. For me this phone is definitely not worth even $100. -10 for me

SAMSUNG BEHOLD REVIEW
By: AR

I have a terrible experience with Samsung Behold and T Mobile in general. I’ve been with them over 4 years and every time I wish I had cancelled my contract when I had a chance.
I just got my Samsung Behold about a month ago, I charge my batter THE WHOLE NIGHT and by 3 pm the phone’s DEAD! Another funny thing I DON’T USE IT THROUGHOUT THE DAY! I DON’T USE T ZONES or any of the little applications it has to drain the battery. The phone sits in my purse all day, and when I go home and that little emergency on the way happens like a flat tire or anything, I DON’T HAVE THE cell phone to call for help!
If I knew how this phone would be, I WOULD NEVER get it and recommend none of you do either. It’s very cute, light and easy to use. It’s definitely not worth the price. The memory card is pretty much useless since it’s only 1 gb so the space is limited. The camera takes FOREVER to take a picture, people usually change 5 facial expressions by the time it actually does take a picture…
I’m very diappointed by T MOBILE service or non-service because I was told it’s a GOOD thing when my battery lasts 7-8 hrs. a day and would not do a battery exchange for me… This is not the first time I’ve had this problem… I also have a little Nokia I got in November, 2008, same problem with the battery, I called and got a replacement one which is actually worse than the original one. I’m stuck with 2 sucky phones and 3 batteries that DON’T WORK!

Behold! A Great Phone

The Samsung Behold is an amazing phone. Lets face it, Samsung is great! I always wanted the Instinct, but when they came out with its cousin, (lol) I no longer had the urge to leave T-Mobile for Sprint. And I’m realizing that I love the phone even more than the Instinct. The only issue I have with the phone is that it wont let me download many apps from different sites. I’m still trying to figure out if there’s some sort of code that can change this. But overall the phone gets 4.5/5 Stars!
