I bought this printer on sale and the toner also. It’s held up pretty well albeit it was the first laser printer that I have ever owned. I used it to print a lot of flyers. The speed is good and the quality is excellent depending upon the paper, of course.

Extended Warranty will be needed

I bought this printer in February 2007. The fuser engine went out the end of March. Samsung customer service was slow but did send a new fuser engine. Fuser just went out again (October 2007). We have printed less than 8000 sheets. Warranty is good until Feb 2008. I really wish I had bought the extended service warranty for this thing.

Total Crap

This printer is total crap. It has been nothing but a headache since I got it. I had replaced several different parts; it has been done 2 of the 6 months I have owned it & the people at Samsung where rude and unhelpful and forgot to send my part.

Great Printer, Expensive Toner

I am very happy about the output speed and quality of this printer compared to my OKI-5150. This printer is much more quiet. Toner is quite costly though.
