Be very afraid of reliabilty

Getting it was a big deal for me. Enjoyed the experience until after warranty ended at one year. Since then, a preview of hell. Two major repairs, costs $260 labor each time to look at it – total $1110! If could do over would get an ordinarily disdained extended warranty. Would have been reasonable insurance. Ah, the chagrin of usually not considering insurance due to not buying if I didn’t deem the maker/product worthy. Am I the only guinea pig for Sammy reliability?
