I bought the Samsung HT-Q45 DVD audio/video system and within 6 months of use, “just as the warranty was no longer good”, it stopped working. I am very disappointed in this product and now I have to SPEND MORE MONEY to buy another system. BUT NOT SAMSUNG. Very disappointed customer. I’d really like my wasted money back, thanks…

Excellent sound quality, easy to set up and digital sound is amazing. I have owned this unit for 1 yr now and blow away anything I have compared it with in multiple stores for the money I had paid for it. Purchased through

Dell Online @ $320.00 well worth the money!!!

I love this product! Not only does it serve as a pretty decent surround sound DVD-Player (not to mention the benefits of the 5 disc changer), it’s also a great DivX and Xvid Capable player. You can actually hook up an external hard drive (has a USB in the front of the player) and play mp3’s and divx/xvid/mpg files off the drive.

I just replaced my old RCA 200 watt system with Samsung’s HT-Q45 system, and the Samsung system blows away the RCA! I’m extremely happy with this purchase (mainly because I bought it for $160). This is an extremely powerful home theater system, and one of the best deals for any surround sound enthusiast – even at the $190-$350 range I’ve seen.

  6. Oh my goodness, 800 watts, no way

This unit sucks. 800 watts is false advertisement. I do this for a living and my 200 watt rca destroys this piece. Way to sell out Samsung!
