Not Even 1/2 Star for this device

NO MORE SONY!!! SONY SUCKS!! I purchased my S350 from Wally Mall (Walmart) less than a year ago, played ONLY 7 MOVIES (because I only owned 7 blu ray movies) and just this weekend had the “No disc” message. I checked online and found out that almost everyone that bought this product has this issue and I know Sony knows that this is an issue. I called them and their tech team played the normal techie game (pretend as if they don’t know what is going on) and asked me to reset the device. Guess what? It did nothing to the resolve but instead wasted 30mins of my precious time because I had to reconfigure my LAN for the S350 to be able to connect to the Internet and do updates. I am going to call them today and see what they got to say but they’ve completely lost my vote when it comes to electronics. I’ve had other systems for years and never had any issue with them. This is my first SONY device and they failed, a lesson well learned!
