Apple goes full HD with 1080p video recording on the iPhone 4S: Check out the sample footage

One of the main new features on Apple’s iPhone 4S is the ability to record video in 1080p resolution. The camera still uses an advanced backside illumination sensor, but has a larger aperture and shoots up to 8-megapixel resolution. White balance and temporal noise reduction have also been improved. You can edit your films in the phone, then send it through email, MMS, Facebook, or YouTube. Using AirPlay and Apple TV you can show your movies on an HDTV.
