Trying to deal with Barnes and Noble is a nightmare. Failed to process my card then did. Promised delivery then told me they were out of stock. Emails that look like a phishing site has sent them. Addressed to Dear Valued Customer. Well I am not a customer I cancelled the order. How is the product. No idea just a nightmare company to deal with. Do not deal with Barnes and Noble directly.
