Yeah, from what I’ve seen so far, the Xperia Tablet Z appears to smooth out some of these issues. Hopefully guest mode is easier. Honestly, Google needs to make a “Guest Mode” of some kind a core part of Android.
I got a chance to play with one over the weekend and was not impressed with a couple things. It feels slow compared to an iPad, and I was not a fan of the “Guest Mode” setting. I had a tough time trying to figure out how to log out of guest mode and login with my Google account.
I love how light it feels compared to other tablets. And I like the design overall and the fact that is accepts SD cards. It just needs to be polished a little more I think.
