Addlogix, a manufacturer of interface cables, earlier this week announced a new USB wireless adapter for connecting computers to wireless networks. The new Addlogix USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter is priced at around $40 and available now.
The Addlogix USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter, the company said, plugs into an external USB port of a Windows, Mac or Linux based computer. Through this connection it delivers an 802.11g wireless connection so one can connect over a local wireless network while being offered enhanced security features for data encryption and user authentication. It is also backwards compatible with 802.11b devices.
