Stretch Out with the Zivio Boom

San Francisco-based consumer electronics maker Joby has introduced its new Zivio Boom Bluetooth wireless headset, featuring an extendable microphone “boom” that lets listeners hear more of a caller’s voice and less of the noise in their environment. Folks who use Bluetooth headsets with their mobile phones may love their convenience, but trust me: folks at the other end of the phone aren’t always thrilled with the audio quality.

“The Zivio Boom was borne out of my frustration with all of the available headsets on the market,” said Joby founder JoeBen Bevirt, in a statement. ” needed a headset that would enable me to hear and be heard in noisy environments, fit my ear securely and comfortably, have a long battery life, and actually look good.”
