If you’ve long been turned off to watching presidental debates on television Yahoo, The Huffington Post and Slate are all hoping that during the 2008 presidental election you’ll get turned on to two online only debates being planned. These debates are scheduled to take place after Labor Day.

Google Opens Video Store, Online Payments
It’s possible Google surprised absolutely no one: at his keynote today at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show, Google co-founder Larry Page took the wraps off the Google Video Store, officially putting the Internet giant in the content distribution business.
