Endurance laptop users now have yet another way to fight off the swampy lap and cramped wrists that come from sitting a furnace of a computer on your legs for hours at a time. On Monday, Logitech announced its new Comfort Lapdesk, a padded, heat-shielded buffer to make laptop use more comfortable.
The wedge-shaped Lapdesk uses a curved bottom pad that touches the legs in four places, letting air flow beneath the laptop and helping to release heat. It also elevates the rear of the notebook by 12 degrees, putting the keyboard in a better typing position for seated use. The non-slip surface has been designed to accommodate for notebooks with displays up to 17 inches.
