JVC Brings On The High-End Metal Earbuds

JVC Brings On The High-End Metal Earbuds

Audio gear maker JVC has decided that if you can’t bring ears to metal, they might as well bring metal to listener’s ears with their new HA-FX300 high-end "bi-metal" earbuds. The FX300s incorporate a range of sound-enhancing technologies designed to make these a distinct improvement over your average set of in-ear canal devices, including an aluminum evaporation diaphragm, and a steel-and-brass drive unit that eliminates vibration and energy loss. The FX300s also use oxygen-free copper to minimize signal loss in the one meter headphone cable.

Users can get the perfect fit with three differently-sized silicon rubber earpieces, and a pair of memory foam earpieces.

Metal Gear Sneaking into Movies?

Metal Gear Sneaking into Movies?

Showbiz trade magazine Variety is reporting that Sony Pictures and game maker Konami are getting ready to make a theatrical movie based on the Metal Gear video game franchise. The Metal Gear and Metal Gear Solid video games are stealth action titles in which players guide a covert operative through a maze of guards, traps, secret bases, and hidden lairs, while taking on bosses, engaging in a few fights here and there, and eventually accomplishing the game’s mission.

Since its introduction for the PlayStation in 1998, Metal Gear Solid has sold more than 20 million copies of various franchise titles on several game platforms; the original Metal Gear game debuted way back in 1987.

Day One E3 Report Three - Metal Gear

Metal Gear has always been one of Konami’s most important properties. It started out in 1987 with the classic first title on the NES, and since then has ballooned into a hugely popular franchise thanks to the Metal Gear Solid games. In the past few years Konami has started a tradition, showing some flashy new Metal Gear Solid trailer at each E3, a trailer that will attract hundreds to their booth whenever it rolls, and this year is absolutely no different.

Vodafone K.K. Announces Toshiba V602T

The V602T is available in both “metal” and “ceramic” textural variations for different expressions rather than the common colour variations found with mobile handsets today. The metal variation features dimples on the exterior, and the ceramic version has a grooved finish that is reminiscent of porcelain*.

As a point of unity, both variations use the “super oval” design concept. With the common circular motif found in the overall shape and on the individual number keys, the handset projects an image of being enveloped with warmth, which lends it a futuristic feel. The V602T is also a packet-based PDC (2G) model that supports the latest Vodafone K.K. services.
