New Oakley Watches: Oakley 12 Gauge

oakley-12gaugeOakley’s 12 Gauge isn’t exactly shy about what its capable of. The watch features a chronograph with accumulated and interval timing, integrated alarm with subdial, internal bezel that works both as a secondary time zone or countdown timer, and a tachymeter scale for measuring speed. This timepiece is priced at $1395.

Originally released 10 years ago, Oakley’s first foray into timekeeping was anything but conventional. The watch’s sequel takes the curvaceous lines of the original and explodes into a series of titanium plates mounted over a flexible band of Oakley’s unobtanium rubber. Oakley’s special edition Elite model (pictured above) will feature a carbon fiber bezel which sits atop the watch’s automatic, 25 jewel movement that is can power the watch for 38 hours. This edition of Oakley watch will be retailing for $2,750.
