It’s good news for Apple – Steve Jobs should be officially back at the helm in June, right on schedule. And meanwhile, he remains involved in the company’s daily decision-making.
That was what investors were told yesterday, although they were advised that if anything changed in the schedule for Jobs’ return, they’d be informed. Director Arthur Levinson said:
"He is deeply involved in all strategic matters… nothing has changed."
In a slightly bizarre aside, the investors indulged in an impromptu chorus of “Happy Birthday” to Jobs, who turned 54 on Tuesday.
