Actiontec HomePlug (HomePNA) Review

Quote from the review:

“PCstats is testing out one such HomePNA solution from Actiontec, called the HomePlug Ethernet adaptor kit. Dell Introduces New 2300MP Projector

The versatile, affordable Dell 2300MP Projector’s ideal balance of high brightness and low price makes it a great solution for displaying meeting and classroom presentations, as well as for home entertainment. It joins Dell’s comprehensive projector line that also includes the 2200MP, the 3300MP and the 4100MP.

“In the two years since launching Dell projectors, we have consistently provided customers with high-quality, high-value presentation tools at ground-breaking prices,” said Gerry Smith, vice president and general manager of Dell Displays. This focus has enabled the company to reach 8.9 percent of the Americas projector market and rank third in units shipped.

Dell Intros New 4100MP Projector

Priced at $2,099, the projector weighs 6.5 pounds and uses Digital Light ProcessingTM  (DLP) DDR technology to produce clear, sharp images. The unit features a 2,000:1 contrast ratio and a brightness of 2,200 ANSI lumens (max)1. Through its auto-sync feature, the 4100MP’s native XGA (1024 x 768 dpi) resolution will adjust to accommodate that of the source device.

Dell introduces new 2100MP projector

The $1,299 2100MP uses the latest DLP DDR projection technology to generate high resolution images at 1800:1 contrast ratio and maximum brightness of 1000 ANSI lumens for crisp video and graphics. An auto-sync feature adjusts the output resolution to match that of the input device up to SXGA+ (1400×1050) for true plug-and-play operation.

At 4 lbs, it weighs less than many midsize notebook PCs but still provides advanced features such as motion-adaptive hardware de-interlacing for smooth video playback, power saving auto shutdown and preset and user-programmable video modes for easy custom-configuration.
