The biggest advantage Apple has is OS X, something that will never appear on an HP or Dell machine. Apple's products are about more than looks. Also, the HP Blackbird is ugly, and I doubt this company will ever produce something “beautiful.”

I took my iPhone back. The battery life is terrible, the internet speed is painfully slow and its way overpriced. I totally agree with Rob on that.

Apple created a trend with it's design, but I think the other manufacturers will adopt it and blow Apple away.

Gimme a break. This guy is a paid shill for years now. This should be obvious in the woes over the iphone, like "which has often been criticized for poor battery life, being relatively fragile, its high price tag, the device?s use of the wrong carrier and having poor network speed."

Wich, by the way, are all blatant lies. I couldn't care less about the product, it has flaws, but ahem!, those just aren't it, so he's either ignorant or FUDDIng, as usual. It's battery life is the longest on smartphones, it's hard as hell to break it, it is much much cheaper than almost any other RIMM or windows mobile phones, if you consider all the contract's lifespan (which neither of these idiotic shills do), the device use of the RIGHT carrier, not because it is the coolest, but simply because it is GSM, which is what the first world countries use, and an incredible speed of networking with WIFI, and even incredible speeds with EDGE itself, I expected very worse indeed.

So is this "unbiased"?

Why does everyonr rip Rob (or Ron) for an article that isn't pulling bias on either side. Did you not read any of the article? I know your feelings are strong, but who are you to cast stones without reading the entire article? That's why you read the articles and comment like a gladiator fights, instead of writing the articles yourself.

Apple suing ThinkSecret and eventually shutting them down is an incredibly scary thing to watch. Apple should not have that much power over the press. Most of you guys think it's not a big deal because maybe you don't visit ThinkSecret. But how would you feel if Apple DID shut down your favorite Mac site?

iPodLounge had to change their name to iLounge because of Apple too.

How is it that this shill can post more or less the same article this morning over at technewsworld admitting that the fake steve job thing was a joke but then not mention it was a joke in this article.

Probably because he is a "Pay to Say" microsoft astroturf "analyst" and making apple look like the evil empire is how he puts food on the table.

Dont listen to this clown. Apple came to what thinksecret's owner considered a good deal and he closed the site down. Fake steve jobs played out a parody of it happening to him. Rob here was duped probably because he's clueless and looking for anything he can find to smear the apple brand.
