Ruh Roh, looks like Indian tech support for Dell found this article.

He answered the phone because you guys wont freaking leave him alone. Its better to answer and say "no" than to keep it ringing all the time.

Your first mistake is answering the phone. Don't you have caller ID? If not, get it. And use it. If you get a call where the ID is blocked, let them talk to the machine. (you DO have an answering machine, don't you? Well, use it)

Having a phone is for your convenience, not anybody else's. You'll be much happier if you start using the phone rather than letting the phone use you.

They are betting your computer will NOT fail and you are betting it WILL fail. I'm sorry, but why do you even OWN this computer in the first place if you believe it's a piece of junk?

I have noticed this about Dell lately. They are calling during dinner times now despite my attempts to have them remove me from their list.

Their extended warranties are spendy too, upwards of $200 or more. That's like half the price of the PC I bought from them.
