		<description>I&#039;d say wait and see what id&#039;s plans are for next QuakeCon before thinking there won&#039;t be an event like E3 to go to.  This year&#039;s QuakeCon being on such short notice was indeed small and lacked much vendor participation.  Marty at id is wanting to change things up for next year with E3 being gone.&lt;br /&gt;

Personally, I see that&#039;s where alot of the extravagant E3 like booths are going to go.  The gaming conventions where the majority of attendees are going to be the end user of vendors&#039; product.  I kept wondering to myself why all the vendors at E3 spent so much money just to show off their products to JOURNALISTS.  Sounds kinda silly if you ask me.</description>
