It failed nearly everytime we had heavy rains.<br /> Verizon has refused to put a decent piece of wire in my area. No one knows when Verizon will make its newly touted services available in this area. If I lose Vonage, I'll switch to my broadband supplier-Road Runner for VoIP. This is why I feel my company is very much in tune of customers needing help and further more we are based in the good USA and not other countries. Many customers get upset when they have to call other countries to get help.
