		<description>I think the problem with Microsoft is that they DO license their operating systems. There is no quality control this way and it makes them look terrible. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I am sure there are hundreds of people thinking the OS is their problem when it could be the hardware its on.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Apple is doing everything right. They control the whole process, and if you think about it, the market share they are gaining for a single manufacturer is pretty amazing.</description>
