Blucas33: Probably you don't have a clear idea of how it works: the 240Hz are the refresh rate of the monitor...you need a video card that is able to support that refresh rate, if you use it on a pc ;) The majority of the cards goes at 50 or 60Hz, and few hit 100Hz.

I doubt that anyone will write optimized drivers to support this monitor for 240Hz.

This is a playstation product, made to be used with a playstation, and you should rate it in that perspective. It is a great product for the price, the 3d is cool, especially if you watch movies, and as HDMI monitor works great.

Cons: it is too shiny, and it reflects anything, but the worst: it has an inner defect while syncing with the video signal on HDMI: it goes blank for few seconds. Any owner of this monitor knows what I am talking about. Some has more frequent issues, while others has it less frequent. It won't ruin your life, but while playing, if it goes blank and you miss a jump or a kill, you will blame it a lot.

I have had this display for 2 days now, and i still have yet to see anything that indicates the displays is capable of 240hz. I tried to hook it up to my pc and go into the screen resolution advanced settings/monitor to see a list of capable screen refresh rates and it showed from 23hz to 60hz. I hope i am missing something or not in proper understanding of how hz work.

i gave the tv a rating of 7 because of this issue, if i do find out later that it is capable of 240hz i would give it a 10

Terrible speakers really? I heard there was a subwoofer, and anyways a Gamer would prefer a wireless headset. I love the simul-view technology, makes multiplayer games more interesting and worth the money with 3D.
