It doesn’t really matter what the co-sponsers or the authors say about this bill. If the people don’t like it (which is most likely the case) there will be no convincing them of it. I do find it funny though. No one said a peep about the NDAA when that was going through the runner. I suspect that’s because it doesn’t effect our every day existence (which it really does). But as soon as something comes up about the internet: “U CNT HAZ MY INTERWEBZ”!

Everyone should just remember that stricter regulations hurt small business and ingenuity. Big business love the idea of strict regulations because they are the only ones who can afford it. This prevents new competition and therefore more business for them.

So CISPA is just a bill created by Big businesses that try to prevent new companies from starting on Internet based business. Since the big businesses on the Internet are already established, all from small startup companies, those businesses do not want any more competitors.

Such BS and we all know it. The Bill was suppose to shut many websites that was for many Copyright sites. Such as Pictures, Videos, and Music. This is why such sites like Wikipedia and Google shut down their Websites opposing this Bill. I still oppose both bills like all other Companies do too.
