My concern is this new thing that is in my email as a change does the following mean that if my account gets hacked again that it doesn't matter I will be forced to pay for an item I wont receive? My PayPal and my eBay account got hacked once I had informed PayPal and PayPal did their thing and got my money back but the following condition seems like its going to be a cop-out in a matter like this or is my understanding of this condition wrong.
Can anyone clarify what the below condition really means?
"Provisions regarding user name, password and accuracy of information. You are responsible for all use and misuse of your user ID and password and for keeping your registration and payment information up to date."

I remember a story from the launch of the Xbox 360 where people were seeling the box the console came in, they clearly listed it as JUST the box and people were paying hundreds of dollars then complaining when they received the box.

The eBay buyer's protection program worked really well in my favor once. I bought an Xbox 360 from some dude who claimed it comes with an extra controller and some games - the controller was broken and some games were missing/terribly scratched when I got the package. I contacted the seller and was greeted with an equivalent of a 'Fuck you' so I hit up eBay and they refunded me $100 - making my total cost for the system a whopping $40. Have had pretty positive experiences there if you're shopping smart.
