Add as a preferred source on Google

There’s no doubt Stranger Things has an awesome storyline, but there’s no doubt the absolutely magical look and feel of Netflix’s latest blockbuster series is what seems to have people hooked. The retro sensibility channeling the Spielberg and King is so entrancing, in fact, that someone even put up an entire website that lets you write script in the same design as the show’s ultra-cool logo.

But this old-school callback to vintage cool isn’t something new. In fact, it’s seen a massive push in the past several years by especially in the movie poster scene. We’ve created a gallery of our 10 favorite retro-style movie posters and their artists. Some of these are new, some old, but all of them will look awesome on your wall. Check them out — and mind your checking account, most of them are only available for a pretty penny on eBay.

AnyRemote Universal remote app on iPhone 17 Pro Max

I have been looking for a universal TV remote app that just works without being annoying. Most of the ones I tried had some kind of catch. Some asked me to create an account before I could even connect to a TV. Some showed annoying un-skippable ads before a simple action. A few locked basic controls like volume behind a paywall, while others simply did not work as advertised.

In that search, I recently came across AnyRemote, a free universal TV remote app available on both iOS and Android. It turns your phone into a remote for your TV or streaming device without forcing a login or making you pay for the core buttons.
