The microphone stopped working for me in this app a few months ago. I reached out to customer service and it has been an increasingly frustrating experience. 3 months into the problem and I've received only1 worthless update, despite several attempts to obtain information. Isabel from customer service needs a new job! The app is great and a wonderful tool when it works, but my experience this past few months has been extremely aggravating and the lack of customer service has been infuriating.

Absolutely remarkable. It's a new and wonderful way of communicating, which means one of the giants will probably purchase it once it spreads some more. I hope they'll be able to grow without this becoming another Google or Facebook product, but regardless, there's something magical about it. It makes your life better. And it's free, unless you want to upgrade for fancier features, which aren't necessary to experience what Marco Polo does best. Kudos to the creators. And thank you.

I'm so frustrated. This was such a a cool app when it was free and slowly has become a waste of money. We were forced to pay for access to special features of Marco Polo. For some reason the ability to share photo polos doesn't work and hasn't for the last 5 updates! Myself & a friend cannot see any reactions to videos (emojis to react to polos) FIX IT PLEASE. I really should have a refund of months worth of non-functioning app features. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone until it's fixed.
