About this game

Become a giant walking dice and battle to the end of an ever-changing dungeon! Can you escape the cruel whims of Lady Luck?

In this new fast-paced deckbuilding roguelike from Terry Cavanagh (Super Hexagon, VVVVVV), Chipzel, and Marlowe Dobbe, you'll fight monsters, find better loot, and level up your heroes as you work together to take down the Goddess of Fortune, Lady Luck herself. Balance your carefully planned strategies against the unknown of a dice roll.

The game is fantastic! I just beat Lady Luck actually. BUT there is an issue I ran into in the Halloween episodes. With the MUTATE gadget, if you change your enemy to Drake the Vampire and then "Mutate" them back to another enemy, every enemy you change them to after that has the VAMPIRE effect where they need the WOODEN STAKE to kill their last 5 HP. In other words you automatically lose by default at that point. PLEASE SMASH THIS BUG. Thanks 👍🏽

Well there's a lot of mechanical variety here, it really boils down to dice chucking RNG with a shiny coat of paint. It's possible to make good tactical decisions in combat, but bad rolls will always win over skill in this game because of how random everything is. Definitely not my thing, but I could see this being very enjoyable for a lot of people that just want an interesting way to pass the time with cute dice and charming characters.

Unique, fun, colorful. Fantastic port -- controls and menus easy to navigate. Each character provides completely unique experience, and the 'episodes' further modify. Each episode can be played again with different encounters, items found, and boss battle. Visuals are great, easy to read menus and see important (and cute) details. Can be quite the challenge!
