The new view is extremely unhelpful. I can either see the map of where the driver is or see the driver details. The old view showed me a zoomed in view of where the driver was and the driver details in one screen. Not sure why they would change it and require the user to constantly have to swipe back and forth. Why make the app less usable?

2 times I was charged for rides, I did not even ride in due to app errors and network errors. Many times, I have tried to have this issue fixed with customer service reps and was left with no resolution. I need this service, so that is why I still used it. it's cheaper than paying local taxis. and I get rides quick. Customer Service is lacking when errors happen.

This app frequently sends spam via Android notifications, and does not allow disabling them, other than disabling all of its notifications. Separately, the website is completely unusable, which is unfortunate because when I'm at the computer and want to look at my ride history or just add a tip, the last thing I'm going to do is go searching for my phone. It seems the developers are not even thinking about what they're doing anymore.
