How to reset if both earbuds don’t pair with each other?

A. Put both earbuds into the charging case.

B. Press the reset button for 10s with the case opened.

The charging case could not be charged.

Please check if you have connected to a regular charging cable. If not, please charge with different cables to check if it works normally.

The earbuds could not be charged.

Please check whether the charging case is under fully-charged. If yes, please try to clean the charging contacts with alcohol. If not, please make it fully charged for a better experience.

Can I use either earbud in mono mode while another charge?

Yes, you can either earbud in a mono way but kindly note that the volume cannot be adjusted.

Do these have volume and voice assistant control?

Yes, Tronsmart Onyx Ace Pro has volume and Google Assistant control. You can press either earbud once to adjust the volume and triple-tap the right earbud to activate the voice assistant.

    Pas d'embout auriculaire , ce modèle se pose dans le pavillon de l'oreille ; Probleme , l'ecouteur est donc "ouvert" ( contrairement au modèle qui avec l'embout silicone ou plastique se "moule" dans le pavilon de l''oreille ) . Et a ce titre on peut déjà se marrer quand on lit "annulation active du bruit" sur l'annonce...ça commence mal !
    Le caractère "ouvert" de l'ecouteur a un impact colossal sur les frequences basses qui sont du coup tres peu presente. Je ne suis pas un fana des basses hypertrophié mal là on a un son desequilibre dans le medium et l'aigue ..à la longue ce type de son fatigue ! . Concernant l'AptX je l'ai activé et desactivé et l'impact sur le son est ...inexistant ! . Beaucoup de logo ronflant "AptX, ANC, puce qualcomm , bla bla bla ..mais à l'arrivée le son est mediocre . Ne merite pas son prix a l'ecoute du son produit !! je laisse 2 etoiles car le produit est bien assemblé et semble au toucher de bonne qualité de fabrication.

    この価格でAptx Adaptiveが使えるというだけで衝撃なのに、
    まさか音質を語れるほどの出来だとは想像もできなかった。
    そんな驚きも交えつつテンション上げ気味でレビューしていきたい。

    ～使い勝手について～
    ・一度ペアリングをしていれば蓋を開けるだけで再ペアリングを完了できるタイプである。
    ・充電はケースに入れれば左右を表すLEDにより充電状態を表示してくれるのはありがたい。
    ・ペアリング情報の削除やトラブル時に役立つオールクリアボタンがケース底面にある。
    ・スマホ、パソコンどちらともAptx接続を確認した。(遅延を測定、aptxは65ms SBC,AACは約200ms)
    ・特にゲームをする際にAptxの65msの遅延の少なさは重宝する。
    ・3回タップで有効になるゲームモードは、
    あくまでもSBCやAACで接続しているときに重宝するもの(約100msに短縮)であり、
    当環境ではAptx接続では逆に遅延が増える結果となったので気をつけたい。

    ～音質について～
    いくらAptx Adaptiveが使えるとは言え、イヤホンから出てくる音が悪ければなんの意味もない。
    Aptx Adaptiveの24bitの恩恵をきちんと感じられて初めて最新コーデック搭載の有り難さを実感できると言える。
    そういう意味で本品はパキッとした清涼感のある音質で籠りや雑味に敏感で、コーデックの違いを察知し易いだろう。

    ・低音については、インナーイヤーの最大の利点であるくっきりした歯切れのよい低音を出力できている。
    当然ながらカナル型ほどの量感は期待できないが、シャープネスを強めに掛けたかのような音作りで、
    バスドラやスネアの音のエッジをしっかりと浮かび上がらせ、
    音の粒立ちを感じられるほどの解像感の表現は素晴らしいと言える。

    ・中音域はドライな音作りにより清涼感と綺羅びやかさに特化しており、
    女性ボーカルや管楽器のリアリティには目を見張る物がある。
    ただしあまりにドライなためアコースティックギターやピアノなどの表現は生々しさが乏しいと感じられる面もある。

    ・高音域もドライで線が細いが、透き通るようなハイハットやシンバルの音は好きな人にはたまらない表現かと思われる。
    個人的にもこの脳天を突き抜けるような高域が大好きであり、この部分だけでも購入価格の元は取ったと言い切れる。
    印象としてはバランスド・アーマチュアの出す質によく似ており、人によってはザラつきを強く感じてしまう事もあるだろう。

    全体的な印象としては「気持ちいい」音であり、
    スッキリとくっきりと楽しく明るく音楽を聴くには最高なイヤホンだと言えるだろう。
    その反面落ち着いて長時間聴く用途には向いていないとも言える。
    だが外出専用のイヤホンにおいて長時間聴くという選択肢は無いためこの音作りは正解と言ってもいいだろう。

    なお、過去にイヤホンの星5をつけたレビューを軒並み最下位表示にされた経緯から、
    星5に値する商品の評価は本文内に記載するようにしている。

    aptX Adaptiveでの接続を確認した。
    充電端子はUSB Type-C。
    シルバー＆ホワイトのシンプルながらメリハリの効いたデザイン。
    丸みを帯びたボディーラインはチープさを感じさせない。
    材質的にも悪くないように思える。
    装着感は良好で、操作性においても特に問題は感じられない。

    比較的低ノイズで、動作は安定している。
    半開放型に期待する高音域の伸びがしっかりとありつつ、
    低音域の量感もそこそこにある。
    残念ながら重低音は出ていない。
    可聴領域内に関してはほぼバランス良く出ているので
    屋外で聞き流す分には不足を感じない。
    良いチューニングなように思う。

    一つ上の価格帯とも張り合える音質。
    お洒落な外観も合わさって、良い製品なように思った、
    のだが続きがあった。
    ケースにイヤホンを収納しただけでは
    スマホとの接続が解除されない謎仕様だった。
    蓋をしっかりと閉め直してもダメ。
    バッテリーインジケーターはイヤホンを充電しているらしい
    表示に切り替わっているのに何故…？？
