    Firstly read the instructions all the way through before starting it's different than other screen protectors but not difficult if you follow the instructions. Feels good, full touch functionality. Only complaint is there is a small crease in the middle from where the two plastic pieces meet, invisible when the display is on but noticeable when the screen is off. All in all it's good enough and way better than the last 3 knock offs from who knows where.***UPDATE***After a day or so the line it left in the middle of the screen has all but disappeared.

    Pros: Packaging was nice and had a built in phone holder via the plastic packaging tray.

    Cons:
    -The most useless directions I've ever read in my entire life. Confusing, not direct, and honestly make very little sense. Almost feels like they were loosely translated or something.
    -The line across the middle of the screen protector is incredibly unsightly and almost impossible to ignore.
    - Not sure why there is a dust protection layer after doing all of the work to remove dust from the phone itself. This confusing step leads me to constantly clear dust items that I had no way of knowing aren't actually under the screen protector due to the weird design. This creates constant loss of adhesion and more bubbles. We love bubbles!
    -Recommends resetting your fingerprint after installation. Not sure if that's due to refraction but shouldn't be relevant.
    -Steps do not clearly outline and has just lead to a failed installation. This was a complete waste of money. I recommend nobody buy this or try to install it yourself.

    I've never written a review before, but I have to on this product. I got the Samsung S20 plus back in March. I have bought so many screen protectors since then and have had absolutely zero luck, and I mean ZERO.
    This past week I started looking on Amazon for another one. The first thing I do is read the reviews and the Zagg protector had ALOT of positive feedback. I was a bit nervous because alot of people thought the installation was kinda tricky and suggested everyone watch the video. I've applied hundreds of protectors and never followed a video. In my opinion this particular protector was easy to follow just by reading the instructions. Once I was finished there was a line in the middle of the phone, but it self adhered to my screen in less than an hour. It feels like nothing is there!! It molded around the edges unlike the ones I've bought in the past that would pop off. I'm telling you, if you want an amazing protector this is the one you need. I'll never buy anything else!!!

    This is a very good screen protector for the S20+. The instructions are confusing, I would just go to the Zagg installation video. It makes things very simple. Once I figured out how to install it, it was easy and it is so thin, you can't even tell it is there. I have dropped the phone a couple of times since I installed it and so far so good.

    The one thing that is a little odd is how slick the screen surface is. It is as slippery as ice. I am getting used to the lack of resistance but it is definitely a different sensation. I did not need to reprogram the fingerprint reader. In fact, it works better now than it did with the factory protector. It seems worth the money.

    UPDATE 6/15: Three stars is it. There is still an odor that I do not like. The protector is a soft vinyl, not hard at all. It already has some kind of small mark on it and I have been very careful where I put this phone. I can put a temporary mark in it with a fingernail. This does not hold a candle to the original Samsung protector.

    Three to four stars now.
    I will go higher if the line across the middle of my screen disappears in a couple days.

    What is not clear is that tab 2 and 3 where you have exposed a sticky material are not meant to stick permanently to your screen. Mine did push off per the video instructions when followed. However, had I realized the sticky side of tab 2 and 3 were removing dust, I might have been more careful to fully press them down on the screen.

    I am ok with this not fully covering to the exact edges of the screen. The factory installed Samsung protector which was great for a year, did not go that far either. I dropped a set of keys on my phone a couple days ago and thought sure I damaged the screen, but all dings were in the Samsung protector.

    There is one thing that could improve securely getting the edges of this screen to stick down.
    Do not waste too much time pressing down tab 1 once you have applied the protector. It is fairly rigid and is not allowing you to work those edges down tightly. I got some dust adhering to my edges which worked in a little to the adhesive. All my bubbles vanished quickly, and you can still get those out after removing tab 1, so I would get that off very quickly and not try to get the edges to adhere using it.

    There is a vinyl smell to this also which I hope fades away in time. It is clear, but more vinyl than glasslike.

    Tip: Because the install holder is plastic, it will attract static dust like a magnet. They should change that to a cardboard type tray. However, it helps static if you go in your bathroom and turn the shower on for a bit. I installed mine on my sink counter in about 60% humidity. It helps cut the static.

    GOOD:
    * the alignment tray is a plus.
    * the front camera aligned PERFECTLY.

    BAD:
    * the left side of the zagg screen protector is short by a few mm
    * swiping from the left corner roughs up the edge of the screen protector
    * install instructions terrible. I had to watch the YouTube how-to videos many times to understand.
    * collects fingerprints more than the FBI
