I was looking for a stand to help make my desk a little more comfortable for longer sessions while editing. I picked up this mini iPad stand with hopes that it would help. In my case, I am using the stand to prop up my Blackmagic SpeedEditor so that I can more easily see the buttons and make the reach a little more comfortable.

I realize that I am not using this as designed but with a little trial and error, I found a usable position. By lowering the arm and setting it base back, it works fine. The hinges are strong enough to hold the SpeedEditor but the base is a little small to balance everything exactly where I originally intended. This is not the fault of the product which can easily hold an iPad or even a phone in the original intent. Overall, I am pleased with the style and quality of this product.

The best stand for 12.9 in iPad Pro, even though it doesn't fold flat

(In my pics, the OMOTON stand is the black one on the left.) I love this stand, even though it does not fold flat. The black finish is kind of "blah", but the hinges have the right amount of stiffness, the protective pads are really soft and grippy (same material used for it's feet). It is "fully foldable" as described, but as you can see in the pic, it's not actually FLAT. It's a shame, because a slight design change would have made it fold flat. (I might modify mine so it does.) The silver stand on the right is the "Anozer Adjustable & Foldable Aluminium Desktop iPad Stand" It's a gorgeous product and it actually does fold flat, but it's not as stable as the OMOTON (and a lot more expensive).
I use my 12.9 in iPad Pro primarily for music score reading and annotation with an Apple Pencil. I need stability, because I use it in portrait orientation and I'm constantly touching it over its entire surface. For this the OMOTON stand is perfect. The easel '"trough" is deep enough to even accept an iPad in a case. But there are a couple of caveats: 1) You must lower the "easel" part all the way down to the tabletop to make it stable. 2) In that position, you can't access the USB-C port on the bottom of the iPad. So if you need to charge it while you're working, just mount it upside-down. As long as you have "screen lock" turned off, the picture re-orients to right-side up. Then the USB-C port will be on top and you can charge it while you work. Bottom line: this is a great little stand. I would have given it 5 stars if folded flat.

First, I want to say that I absolutely love this product! It is well built and very sturdy. The rubber tabs in the cradle and backrest give the tablet very good purchase in the stand. I really like that the stand is adjustable and has rubber grippers on the bottom plate.

I have tested this stand with both my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The phone was no issue and even the Otter case fits the cradle. The tablet works well, however, when using the tablet with the Samsung cover it might be helpful to make the following changes:
1. The back support plate needs to be higher.
2. Front to back, the cradle needs to be wider.
3. The slot for the charging port is a very tight fit and needs to be larger

All in all, I love that the stand does not take up too much real estate on my desk, the screen is at an ergonomic reading height, and my tablet does not tilt and fall forward.

1. No se si en vuestras casas os aislaron del mundo exterior y es que por eso ahora muchos sois 1d1otas. Me hace mucha gracia cuando leo “no te avisan de que viene con una pegatina y cuando la quitas y lo pegas jode todo el mueble” que pegatina crack. Son parches antideslizantes los cuales si los despegas, que ya hay que hacer fuerza ( cosa que a alguien lógico ya le daría que pensar que algo no está haciendo bien) tiene un pegamento de extra fuerte que servia para pegar esos parches antideslizantes, que su función eran no deslizarse por la superficie, pero tu eres tan g1l1po*** que se las has quitado y claramente te ha pasado lo que te ha pasado. Os quejais que esto no lo dice en el manual, claramente las instrucciones no están hechas para 1mb3c1l3 que no tienen 3 dedos de frente.
2- el producto es increíble. Robusto. Las antideslizantes que tiene son muy muy buenas. Tiene una infinidad de formas de colocarlo gracias a los ejes que trae, y en todas ofrece una estabilidad optima.
3- muy comodo de plegar y llevar
4- también trae una pegatinas antideslizantes protectoras tantito para que el ipad no se mueva y asi protegerlo del aluminio del propio product

Adjunto fotos de las pegatinas antideslizantes QUE NO HAY QUE QUITAR POR QUE YA CUMPLEN ELLAS SU FUNCION DE ESA MANERA. De las antideslizantes que hay donde se coloca la pantalla, las cuales tampoco hay que quitar. Y una foto de la base plegada ya que apenas ocupa espacio

Das iPad Air trägt er auch noch gut, für das iPad Pro 12,8 Zoll würde ich ihn nicht empfehlen. Alles in Allem ein Top Ständer von sehr guter Qualität, aus meiner Sicht für Geräte bis ca 10 Zoll. Für meinen Einsatzzweck kann ich ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen
