Be Aware this particular item maybe region locked to south america and caribbean, i did research and found out if that includes my country which it does so I bought it knowing I would have no issue with it, but if your from a different region please check before buying this listing. There are workarounds for U.S customers on reddit. If you have this part figured out then buy with confidence like I did, I'm happy.

I Have the 47mm variety it came pristine brand new condition in unoppened official samsung box with all standard new in box accessories. Quickly things i like are great screen size compared to other and older models, I have big wrist being 6 foot and looks good on me, wish it was slightly bigger, its much lighter than than my old galaxy watch 4 classic and other competitors in this space, battery life is 40% at end of full day use without the always on display, otherwise same as the old galaxy watch 4's so far. I store audio recordings on mine and listen while I walk/ exercise. Not an in depth review but Im really pleased, definitely worth the price for me.

I am retirement age and is somewhat computer savvy. I found this watch very compilated to set up. Downloading the "wearer" app, to my phone, was difficult. The watch did not want to pair with my phone-a Samsung fold and other compilations. Once paired the instructions are numerous. It is an excellent watch-well worth the money after setup. My suggestion is, and I did not do it, buy the watch from a retailer that will set up the watch with you and go thru the instructions. I highly recommend the watch.

This is the South American region version. Do your research before you buy.

I didn't read this in the reviews before buying. (I just jumped on a great deal)

So, supposedly this ultimately doesn't really change anything. But you can't choose United States or Canada as your country. Choose Puerto Rico and you should have access to the same features as north America. The LTE version is different, they don't really have 4G there, which doesn't effect the wifi watch. otherwise, I dont know if there are any other differences.

Do your research and see if this works for you but at the time of writing, this classic 6 is at the same price of the SALE price of the step down galaxy watch 6, that's nearly 40% off for the classic 6. So does region matter? So far I'm finding no.

There is co-mingling merchandise at the Amazon Warehouse. And they are sending out watches from the wrong regions to the wrong regions. The watch I got was from the South American region. I am in North America. I think I found a work around by choosing Puerto Rico (as it did not allow me to choose my state, or anywhere in North America). Then updating it the OS. Try to connect it to WIFI as opposed to BT (it loads faster). In order to download the updates. It seems to be set to the North American region now. After figuring out this work around.

Setting it up was extremely stressful for me due the regional issue. And I felt like I had been ripped off. But it now seems to work fine. And it is pretty neat. Amazon should be more responsible and not subject people to such nonsense. It is 2024 after all.

At this stage in development. I feel like Samsung should have been able to get the battery to last longer. I had a cheapo Chinese smart watch several years ago that lasted several weeks on end without recharging it. This Samsung watch is from the last year. Yet, it lasts only about 2 days before you have to charge it. Seems counterintuitive.

Love the galaxy watch 6 classic.

I had the original watch 1 for many years, and decided to upgrade for something newer.

The body scan option in the watch is interesting and it just looks great.

The default watch face in white or black looks very good also.

No issues with the watch itself, of you have had one before you should know what to expect with little more features and faster response.

Only issue I had at first was unable to find my country in the original setup.

Chatted with Samsung support, they asked my to confirm my Samsung account was set to my country, while I was in my Samsung account the watch face option to restart, then when it fired back up I was able to run through the regular setup.

No other issues and highly recommend.

Price was $185 cheaper on Amazon then in a store front line best buy.

This is not communicated at all in the product description but it is locked to the countries in central or south America or the Caribbean. That being said, one of the other reviews states if you set it to Puerto Rico then the functions that would be normally unavailable are now usable, even for me here here in Canada. Nothing else seems to be affected negatively and the watch functions as normal unless I just haven't found the problem yet. It is very unfortunate samsung or Amazon don't advertise the product properly so I'm leaving 1 star.

The watch is region locked to South America. But it's being sold in Canada. I live in Canada. This means I cannot use some features in my country. I will return it and buy one that works for Canada.

This is dishonest of the Seller to NOT list this.

See screenshot. Notice that Canada is NOT listed in available countries. The countries lists are all in South America.
