Low price, low quality.
I have bought a bunch of these.
Why?
Because they have a purpose and I want to keep lights going.
I have a young Dogwood tree that I planted in honor of my departed German Shepherd that I keep lit.
(Been keeping it lit with these for a few years)
The lights normally last 3-4 months in the outside elements.
Pro:
They work, just stick 'em out there and you are done.
Cons:
Wires are thin and fragile. We have critters like squirrels and rabbits and if they hit the wire it will break.
Weird, it is run by a solar panel but the collector glazes over and doesn't absorb enough light on partial sun days.
Overall, for the price and what's available out there, these work fine.
Just be prepared to spend another 20 bucks in a few months.
