Hubby loves it. I Love the camera zoom and other features. The stylus is very handy, though the translation from written to typed can be iffy at times, it works most of the time even when the on screen writing looks worse than a doctor's. The best part is the camera. Excellent zoom and a phenomenal stabilizer so you can take amazing pictures even at full zoom by hand.
If there was an issue, it would be that the fingerprint reader isn't the best even compared to my old S7 Edge. Also, facial recognition needs good ambient lighting to work regularly.
Battery life is phenomenal, lasting for days, and the charging speed using fast charge is superb (about 1 hour from almost dead to full)! I'm very satisfied with this product!

Top/bottom NOT scratched, only plastic film is scratched!
Didn't try the face recognition cuz that stuff freaks me out but the fingerprint reader is great! As for the comments about the top/bottom of the phone being scratched... it's actually not! If you look carefully it's just the protective plastic film that is scratched (see the hole, you can see the plastic outline around it) same with the person who had complaints/pics about scratched top/bottom, if you look at their pics, it is also a plastic covering. As for the box not being shrink wrapped... Samsung has stopped doing that awhile ago!
